Bio
Dr. Sellers is a licensed psychologist. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, a program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA). There she completed additional certification in Psychological Assessment. She holds a Master's in Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Bachelor's in Neuroscience from Cedar Crest College.
Since 2008, Dr. Sellers has worked with adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, universities, and residential programs. She completed her APA-accredited internship at Friends Hospital in Philadelphia, America's oldest private psychiatric hospital.
She is a regular guest expert on WFMZ/69 News. Her research has been presented at state, national, and international conferences and published in a peer reviewed journal.
Dr. Sellers is an active member of Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA). She has held various leadership positions and received numerous awards from PPA over the years, including the 2020 Psychology in the Media Award. She is also a 2020 recipient of the Forty Under 40 award from Lehigh Valley Business.
