Psychotherapy with Dr. Sellers begins with a thorough evaluation and individualized treatment plan. The process is tailored to your unique goals, needs, pace, and strengths. 

Dr. Sellers's approach to therapy is warm and collaborative. She will help you to identify and tap into your strengths to overcome obstacles that have been holding you back. Using interventions supported by science, you and Dr. Sellers will work together to face your fears, change your relationship to your thoughts, and clarify your values in order to live a life you're proud of. Interventions include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
  • Psychodynamic/Insight oriented treatment

Conditions treated include:

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder (chronic worry)
  • Panic Disorder
  • Social Anxiety Disorder
  • Health Anxiety
  • Postpartum Anxiety and OCD
  • Issues related to women's mental health
  • Trauma and grief associated with infertility and pregnancy loss

Psychological Testing

  • Brief mental health consultations to clarify diagnosis and inform treatment recommendations
  • Cognitive/IQ testing required for private school entrance
  • Psychoeducational assessment to identify learning issues and subsequent school accommodations 
  • Developmental evaluations to identify autism and ADHD
  • Psychological testing for those going through the adoption process


Dr. Sellers participates with the following insurance plans: Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Capital Blue Cross, and Populytics/LVHN Health Plan. 

Intake fee is $225 and subsequent sessions are $150 for those paying out-of-pocket. Psychological testing starts at $2,000. Dr. Sellers is happy to provide receipts for services that you can submit to your health insurance if you are entitled to out-of-network benefits.
