Dr. Sellers offers psychotherapy to those residing in Pennsylvania and any of the 30+ states in the PSYPACT Commission. You're able to easily access therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home through a secure video platform or phone.

Psychotherapy with Dr. Sellers begins with a thorough evaluation and individualized treatment plan. The process is tailored to your unique goals, needs, and pace.

Dr. Sellers's approach to therapy is warm and collaborative. She will help you to identify and tap into your strengths to overcome obstacles that have been holding you back. Using interventions supported by science, you and Dr. Sellers will work together to face your fears, change your relationship to your thoughts, and clarify your values in order to build a life you're proud to be living. Interventions include:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
• Psychodynamic/Insight oriented treatment

Conditions treated include:

• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
• Generalized Anxiety Disorder (chronic worry)
• Health Anxiety
• Social Anxiety 
• Panic
• Issues related to women's mental health

Initial appointments are $250 and subsequent 45 minute sessions are $180, to be paid electronically via credit card at time of service. 

Dr. Sellers participates with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. She is Out-of-Network with all other insurance plans and provides a receipt you may submit directly to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are unable to be billed to insurance and you are responsible for the full session fee.
